Import Your Car Nigeria (IYCN) offers its clients the platform to bid for cars that are on thousands of dealership auction sites in the US and Canada. IYCN platform is an online inventory comprising of cars from accredited dealership auctions. This solution is great for car lovers in Nigeria and other African countries who can’t afford to travel far to buy their dream cars and for those who are currently in US and Canada but don’t have the licenses to purchase cars from dealership auctions closed to the public. While our online platforms shows detail information about the cars, we go one step further by having representatives at some Live auctions who can further verify and ascertain the status of a vehicle before bidding commences.
The bidding process we offer on our website is a preliminary bid before the main LIVE bid on the auction. Our clients bid against one another in the preliminary bidding phase. The highest bidder from the preliminary bidding phase is not the actual winner of the vehicle but it is his/her bids that we present in the LIVE auction. Therefore, make sure you bid your best so we can present your bids at the auction.
To start bidding, you need to visit IYCN Inventory and search for a car of your choice.Remember to make a refundable commitment fee of $500 or its equivalent in your local currency into our account. You can also make online international payment into our account.Any bids/offer you make without paying the deposit will not be active and does not count.
What IYCN charges for Its services?
For its services, IYCN charges a non refundable $300 or its equivalent in your local currency for cars that are less than $6000. For cars higher than $6000, IYCN charges 5% of the cost of the car.
If a bid is won at the auction by a client, we expect the buyer to pay the remaining balance in addition to the commitment fee already paid within 24 hours.
